• These terms and conditions apply to any agreement that VR GameZone makes, as well as any participation in the Game. These conditions prevail over any other set of terms that may be used by any Customer/Participants/Guest/Third parties unless otherwise agreed.
• Any one admitted to the Property, or located in the Property without the permission of VR GameZone, is deemed to have knowledge of and agreed to the terms and conditions of VR GameZone MUMBAI.
• The customer/participant/guest/third parties confirms that he/she has read understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions in the VR GameZone center and voluntarily assumes all the risk involved.
• VR GameZone will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained by the customer/participant/guest/third parties , outside or any persons accompanying him, while in the center.
• If the Customer does not arrive on time and is late for the reservation made, it cannot be guaranteed that he can play the Game for the reserved time period. VR GameZone is not obliged to allow a Participant who does not arrive at all on the date and time of his reservation to take part in the Game at a different date and time.
• VR GameZone reserves the rights to refuse entry to the guest in the center for violating center rules, illegal activities or fail to comply with any security measures and ask him to leave the premises.
• VR GameZone reserves the right to change, alter, modify Terms and Conditions, any promotional offers, Contest prizes and other freebies offered without prior notice. If a person is found unfit for the activity, VR GameZone reserves the right to deny access.
• VR GameZone is not liable for the loss of clothing and/or other property belonging to a Customer or Participant. Garments and/or properties that have been left behind by the Participants will be kept for a period of 15 days. After that period, these items will be thrown away.
• In connection with safety and order in and around the building, visible and non-visible cameras have been set up in various places. The recordings made with these cameras are not shared with third parties and are kept for a limited time, except to the extent that the recordings are necessary for the detection of possible disturbances, violations of law or other undesirable behavior. By accepting these conditions, Customers and Participants agree that images can be made of them for the aforementioned reasons.
• Customers and Participants are jointly and severally liable for damage resulting from loss, theft, or damage to the property or property of (staff of) VR GameZone and third parties, as well as to any injuries caused to employees of VR GameZone and third parties, irrespective of whether the damage or injury is the result of any act or omission on the part of the Purchaser itself, or Participants or Third Parties who were in the VR GameZone Building with the permission of Customer. The Customer / Participant indemnifies VR GameZone against all claims in respect of damage by third parties that are (also) the result of any act or omission of the Customer or Participants or third parties who were on the premises of VR GameZone with the permission of the Customer / Participants.
• Participant acknowledges that he/she might require medical assistance, which he/she acknowledges will be at his/her own expense and VR GameZone will not pay for any cost or expenses incurred by him/her.
• No outside eatables, smoking, alcoholic Drinks and hard drinks are allowed within the playing center.
• Participant, Customers, Third parties and accompanying person here by grants his/her right to photograph, videotape and/or record them and use with their name, likeness, voice and appearance in connection with exhibitions, publicity, advertising and promotional material without reservation, limitation and compensation.
• Betting and Gambling is not allowed in VR GameZone.
• Participants must be 8 years or older on the day of the participation. It is advisable for Participants under the age of 14 to be accompanied by an adult at all times. Minors who agrees and accept the terms and conditions of VR GameZone hereby also agrees and give their consent on behalf of their parent or guardian and indemnify VR GameZone against any loss, damage or injury sustained by the minor.
• Pregnant women should not take part in playing games at VR GameZone.
• The management has put all efforts to keep all activities and attractions operational; however it is possible that some of the activities may not be fully operational due to technical or safely reasons .You can either adjust the amount for some other game or ask for the refund.Refund may take 10-12 days.
• With regard to the materials to be used by the Customer and Participants during play, the following amounts must be compensated in the event of loss, theft or damage to the material concerned: All prices mentioned below in table are in INDIAN RUPESS (Rs)

Any other Equipment or property damage will be charged at the discretion of VR GameZone.

Participant / Customers / Third Parties entering the premise have sufficient oppurtunity to read the aboveTerms and Conditions VR GameZone Mumbai and agrees to bound by their terms and conditions. Have also accept that user experience involving virtual reality equipment is dependent on his/her own ability to follow the instructions in these terms and conditions agreement

ACCEPTANCE OF THE WAIVER POLICY :
